Following a highly-anticipated reveal, Ferrari has stepped up to the plate with their newest addition to the luxury SUV market: the Purosangue. This four-door vehicle is a showstopper, taking design cues from their sleek 2+2 Roma and packing an impressive V12 engine that produces 715 horsepower.
The Purosangue also features an all-wheel-drive system and a rear-mounted eight-speed dual-clutch transaxle that distributes power evenly and gives it a sports car-like weight distribution of 49:51 front to rear. Adding further appeal, the Purosangue includes electronically-controlled Multimatic spool-valve dampers that help control body roll and hill descent control — something never seen before in a Ferrari vehicle. With its powerful engine, the Purosangue can reach speeds of up to 193 MPH and accelerate from 0 to 60 MPH in just 3.3 seconds, though lap times have yet to be released. Inside, passengers will find two displays rather than one central touchscreen, along with a spacious rear seating area made easier by suicide doors for ease of entry and extra style points.
Expected in showrooms in early 2023, the Purosangue is sure to be an envy-inducing addition to the world of luxury SUVs due to its impressive performance capabilities, striking design, and iconic Ferrari brand prestige.
